Uplivin Trive Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Uplivin Trive Giveaway running on Facebook and Instagram. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of England aged 18 years or over only.
Employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with Uplivin or this promotion, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
By entering, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens when the promotional post or advertisement is first published on Facebook and/or Instagram.
Entries close at 23:50 on 3 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, entrants must:
- Follow the official Uplivin Facebook and/or Instagram page; and
- Comment on the giveaway post explaining why they would like to win the Uplivin Trive, or who they would like to give the Uplivin Trive to.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only entries submitted through the official giveaway post will be accepted.
5. Entry Restrictions
Only one valid entry per person will be accepted.
Multiple entries, duplicate comments, entries submitted through automated means, fake accounts, spam accounts, or entries that appear to be fraudulent may be disqualified at Uplivin’s discretion.
Entries must not contain offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content. Uplivin reserves the right to remove or exclude any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions.
6. The Prize
One winner will receive:
1 x Uplivin Trive – 1 Step Dual Folding Rollator
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Uplivin reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Uplivin’s reasonable control.
The prize will be delivered to an address in England provided by the winner.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing date.
The winner will be selected within 7 days of the giveaway closing date.
The selection will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official Uplivin Facebook or Instagram account only.
Uplivin will never ask for bank details, card details, payment, or any form of fee in order to claim the prize.
The winner may be asked to provide their full name, proof of age, proof of residence in England, and a delivery address in order to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, Uplivin reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
9. Delivery of the Prize
Uplivin will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within 30 days of receiving the winner’s valid delivery details.
Uplivin is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that Uplivin may contact them regarding their entry.
The winner may be asked whether they are happy for their first name, county, and/or social media handle to be announced on Uplivin’s website, Facebook page, Instagram page, or other marketing channels.
The winner has the right to object to their information being published or to request that the amount of information published is reduced. However, Uplivin may still be required to provide winner information to relevant regulators if legally required.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with this giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying the winner, contacting the winner, and arranging delivery of the prize.
Uplivin may collect the winner’s name, contact details, age confirmation, social media handle, and delivery address.
Personal data will not be sold to third parties.
Personal data will only be shared with third parties where necessary to administer the giveaway, such as delivery companies or service providers assisting with the promotion.

12. Responsibility and Liability
Uplivin is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received due to technical issues, platform errors, network problems, or any other reason outside Uplivin’s reasonable control.
Uplivin is not responsible for any third-party impersonation accounts, scam accounts, or fraudulent messages sent by accounts pretending to be Uplivin. Entrants should only trust messages from the official Uplivin account.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that the prize is suitable for their needs. The winner should read all product instructions and safety information before use.
13. Changes to the Giveaway
Uplivin reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway if events occur outside its reasonable control which make it necessary to do so.
Uplivin will not change the closing date unless unavoidable circumstances make it necessary and the change does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
14. Disqualification
Uplivin reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Uses multiple, fake, or automated accounts;
- Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the giveaway;
- Acts in a way that is abusive, harmful, or inappropriate.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
